*Are your files laid out on the proper templates? Do not flatten the template lines into your artwork.
*Did you bleed all your artwork? Does the background image or color extend 1/8" beyond the magenta crop line on the template?
*Are all the files CYMK and not RGB
*Have you converted all fonts to outlines in vector based programs like InDesign and Illustrator?
*Is the resolution of your images 300 dpi or better?
*Please submit files in the following format
- .AI, .PSD, .TIFF, .PDF, .EPS, or .INN

*Please note that you will need to zip all files before uploading them to reduce the file size. Please upload only one file at a time.
Please name each file with an appropriate file name so that our graphics department can ensure they receive all your files, for example:
(YOUR NAME)traycard outside.zip, (YOUR NAME)traycard inside.zip,
(YOUR NAME)insert inside.zip,(YOUR NAME)insert frontcover.zip,
***Please note that this site has a maximum file upload size of 3 mb. If your file size exceeds the 3 mb size limit you will need to contact our support department. If you have an FTP
client software on your system and wish to use it please call 760-747-2734 or send an email to sales@cdsdirectinc.com and we will issue you a user name and password so that you can upload directly to
our FTP site.
*Once you have completed your uploads please send an e-mail to:* Sales@cdsdirectinc.com
You can also use www.yousendit.com or www.sendspace.com to send large files. Both are free on line file transfer systems. With Yousendit you can transfer up to 100 mb files, and Sendspace will allow up to 300 mb. Just type in the e-mail address you want to send to, upload the files and hit send.
